Get a beautician to clean/get rid of it for you. After that you can maintain a clean face at home by washing your face with correct recomended care products. Don't do it yourself cos it'll make it more worst. I have the same problem like you too. It's not possible to get rid of it by yourself cos you need a thorough cleaning. Good luck to you :)
Hydrogen peroxide and a cotton ball. Dab full strength on the bump and it will go away, also works for insect bites, especially good for mosquito bites. Takes the swelling and itch away. It's really cheap. Keep away from eyes.

Try not to wash your face too often. This could cause your poses to produce more bacteria and you could end up with more then you stated out with.

Like.. i mean.. Scrub really hard! the directions say gently.. but no... I scrub really hard and i have none!
