The other answerers were right. The first thing to do, is to relax, yet I tell people that a little nervousness go a long way.

I have been in the Human Resources field for a very long time. There is things to always remember in an interview. First of all, wait to be offered a seat before you sit or after your interviewer sits. Always give a strong hand shake at the beginning. Try to limit sayings like ';ommm'; and ';you know.'; Expect to tell about your previous expereince. NEVER down another company, tell them of what you learned there that would be a benefit to the company that you are applying to. It never hurts to know a little about the company that you are applying to. Like the year it was founded, how many are there, and who is the CEO. Eye contact is important. Remember you dress. For an interview at starbucks, you should go with a solid color skirt or slacks and a button up shirt with low heels.

Be prepared to tell about your school history, future aspirations and such. There are two questions that almost all interviewers ask. Tell me something about yourself? Also Why would you be the best candidate for this job? When you tell them something about yourself, tell about your endearing qualities, your honesty, customer service skills, promptness, things of that nature. Toot your own horn Try to throw in there your ability to deal with difficult customers and how you do it. When you tell them why you are the best candidate, tell them about previous experience and remind them of the endearing qualities again. I have interviewed a lot of candidates in my history. I would not be afraid to say hundreds. here are a few questions that I ask.

1) Why do you feel that you are the best person for this job?

2)How do you deal with stress in the workplace?

3) Tell me about your previous job experience?

4) Tell me about any time lapses in school and job experience?

5) Where do you see yourself in 10 years?(Best answer is CEO of Starbucks, this shows that you are want to be a vested employee and you have ambition)

6) How do you deal with a difficult customer?

7)If you could be doing anything that you wanted right now as far as professional, what would it be?(Best answer is working in the customer service field because of your love for working with the public)

I wish you all the best.

**So sorry for any typos or misspellings, I am in a rush***Help! i need to know what to do for a job interview!!!! {best advice get's 10 points!}?
wear casuel but professional, carry your self as a confadent young lady sit up straight, talk directley to him make eye contact him tell him you can carry out your duties that he asks of his enployees frist you ask what are the wages and hours and what he expects of you, be straght and forward what you exspect of him as your inployer.be honest
Visit a different Starbucks. Bring a paper and pencil, and write down the different kinds of coffee.

Go to tthe Internet and reserach how to make them.

On the interview, wear a nice blouse and skirt and moderate makeup.

Act friendly. Starbucks is a customer service industry.

Ask a question about one of the coffees you reserached.

Good luck.
Wear dress casual., be yourself and be honest. I know that interviews are very nerve racking but you will be OK. BTW I heard that working at Starbucks is a good thing. I have heard they have great benefits. Try not to be nervous and you will be OK....What will you be making, when is payday? How long do I have to work here for benefits.

GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!
wear something classy but not too formal, maybe some dress slacks and a nice blouse. remember to be yourself. look them in the eye and communicate with them. if you are sincere, you have a more likely chance to receive the job.
smile
Relax. Be yourself. Dress nicely, conservatively. Maybe a polo shirt and kakhi slacks.

They will ask questions like: What kind of work have you done before? Do you like working at a coffee shop? Why? Are you willing to close the shop four nights a week? How many hours do you want to work per week? Do you ever get annoyed at the customers, and what do you do about it? Do you know the difference between tall and grande? Etc.

Good luck. I'm sure it will be easy for you. Be friendly and nice to the people you talk to.
Just relax and answer their questions honestly. You have past experience so you know how to handle customers and their demands - Not to worry.
Wear something nice such as a button up shirt and pair of slacks. Don't go over the edge with a dress or anything. Make sure your hair is neatly combed and don't wear any distracting jewelry, accessories, etc. Greet the owner with a smile and a good handshake (not too weak, not too strong). A handshake tells a lot to people. Sit up straight and speak at a regular pace and normal volume. Make sure that you actually do speak because they want a people-person. Don't ask too many questions but maybe you can throw some in about coffee since you worked at a coffee shop (experience points). The biggest thing I can suggest is to convey to the owner that you REALLY want to work there. Be excited about it!
