If you're from the US you can contact either or both 2 bureaus at the Small Business Administration http://sba.gov They have both SCORE which is the Service Core Of Retired Executives; http://score.org . I'll bet if you called enough offices you may find a person retired from the radio business. You can also go the next step up to their Small Business Development Centers. http://sba.gov/sbdc Sometimes the SCORE guys are a bit outdated, but the counselors at the SBDC work in existing businesses and so would be more current.





You cn also go to the Federal Communications Commission; http://fcc.gov However there are a million things to go through. You shouldn't waste your time and instead ask the questions you have directly by email at: fccinfo@fcc.gov
