I need to make a costume out of this dress. Any ideas?

Well, you can definitely go for a Witch. You can spray some black glitter spray on over the dress. Then if you can buy some purple and black stripped leggings/stocking (they sell them at party shops, halloween costume stores, online etc) wear those with a black shoe. Then get a black and purple witche's hat and your set. Hope this helps!
The witch idea is definitely a good one. You could also make yourself a Gothic baby doll by adding a black lace bonnet and black boots also have a tiny doll you can hold. You could do a vampire with a spicy pair of heals and leggings and a silver wig and the teeth.

black hat (try costume stores for the uk it seems like you live there), black boots (ummm this is an easy one: go to a shoe store!) if its cold wear leggings or, if its even colder, wear tights. leg warmers work too. if its like giving you goosebumps its so cold out, waer leg warmers and tights that are wooly on the inside. those cost about 30 euro. get a long black coat and say its your cloak.

Well I'd call it a ';Baby Doll'; dress, so go that route. Do ringlet pig tails, get one of those really big lolly pops, paint little pink circles on your cheeks, some Mary Jane's and white knee high socks. You would look really cute %26amp; sexy.

a maid would be easy; get one of those little lacy caps they wear and an apron as well. A witch would be as well, just get a pointy witch hat and maybe carry a broom in one hand. Now that I think of it, the broom could go with either one.
