Any advice on the Best C++ Book for Beginners?

I am in the design/ Architectural profession and I am interested in learning AutoLISP, parametric modelling and Processing. Now I have been advised I need to learn C++ if I want to be good in programming.


Could anyone please advice me on which book to purchase for self-study?
