Either/Or. The best advice comes from people with first-hand experience WHO HAVE USED THIER EXPERIENCE TO LEARN AND GROW.
Sometimes the best advice isn't acknowledged because it doesn't validate the person who's asking the question. Giving good advice and accepting good advice takes maturity on both sides.Who gives the best advice concerning M/D?
It depends not on the experience itself, but on how the person has processed this experience. Some can learn a lot from a limited scope of experiences, and others learn nothing at all from a wide variety of experiences. Wisdom can come from experience, from contemplation, or from combination of both. Simply having a lot of experience does not make you wise - you have to have processed this experience in some way.
