Get to be really good friends with her once she trusts you ask her who she likes or wait untill she asks you who you like. If she asks you who you like 1st then say ';well... i really like you'; hopefully she will then say ';well i like you to'; then you say ';oh really? : ]'; then like the next day ask her out but dont do it that same day. But if you ask her who she likes she might say ';you why do you want to know'; then just say ';well... because i like you...'; if she likes you back then ask her out like the next day. talk to her. try to get to be friends with her, and find out her interests. connect with her, and joke about. don't abuse her though, guys have been known to do that, but when you truly hurt us, it really p's us off. when you do ask her, be romantic, no bad cheesy lines. also, don't ask her out by text, and don't get a friend to do it. she will most likely say no to that, or say yes, and joke. this is because often, we think it is just a joke, and you are not being serious.
Be yourself. I'm sure you've heard this time and time again, but be real with her. Try to let her know what you like about her. Whether you write a note, or do it in person, be yourself. Whatever you do (and I don't know how old you are), but whatever you do, do NOT send someone else to her. She'll love you if you are serious and respectful.
