Excersize five days a week for at least 30 minutes. This should help not only with fitness, but balance, muscle tone and bone density. Drink 8 glasses/ cups of liquid (not including caffeine drinks, tea is allowed). Eat five fruit/ veg every day. Find things to laugh about. Do crosswords or something mentally stimulating every day. Find something to laugh about. Be generous (E Eriksson, psychosocial development over the lifespan). Use moisturiser from your twenties. See your friends often. Find things to smile about every day.
get interested in lots of hobbies

and get plenty of rest
LIVE LIVE LIVE because after that you die. At least they can say you had a good time when you were here.

i think you have to look after yourself from a very eary age,get plenty of beauty sleep dont smoke, keep yourself relitavley fit, eat healthily, drink loads of water ( very little alcohol ) and look after your skin and teeth also wear protection out in the sun including sunglasses, do this and youll look brilliant.

Stay out of the sun and don't use sunbeds this ages the skin and causes premature wrinkles and lines it can also cause cancer.





Also drink at least 8 glasses of mineral water a day to flush out toxins and keep skin from creases and developing lines

Good genes. Gin and tonic. Positive mental attitude. That's about it. (Red wine daily.)
Avoid sugary foods,and eat healthy foods and just exercise and have fun.
Fun and always laughing in the face of adversity!! I'm almost 35yrs and people don't believe I'm a day over 25yrs, I have to show them my passport to prove I'm not lying!!





Oh.. I drink at least three large glasses of water a day, which helps flush out toxins from the body and keeps skin looking good.
Do it with class...
If you smoke or drink give it up. Get at least 8 hours of sleep a day and don't stress out about things too much. (I know easier said than done sometimes!). Good diet, exercise, you know the score. Most people think I'm 10 years younger than I actually am and it's great! Oh yes a good hairdresser! I love to dye my hair and if you find the right tone to complement your skin colour then that can take years off you.
