age gracesfully and do it in style??What is your best advice for(aging well)?
Die Young
Excersize five days a week for at least 30 minutes. This should help not only with fitness, but balance, muscle tone and bone density. Drink 8 glasses/ cups of liquid (not including caffeine drinks, tea is allowed). Eat five fruit/ veg every day. Find things to laugh about. Do crosswords or something mentally stimulating every day. Find something to laugh about. Be generous (E Eriksson, psychosocial development over the lifespan). Use moisturiser from your twenties. See your friends often. Find things to smile about every day.
get interested in lots of hobbies
do everything in moderation
and get plenty of rest
LIVE LIVE LIVE because after that you die. At least they can say you had a good time when you were here.

i think you have to look after yourself from a very eary age,get plenty of beauty sleep dont smoke, keep yourself relitavley fit, eat healthily, drink loads of water ( very little alcohol ) and look after your skin and teeth also wear protection out in the sun including sunglasses, do this and youll look brilliant.
healthy diet
exercise
good relationships
happiness
and
keep your mind working
eat healthy and stay active
Stay out of the sun and don't use sunbeds this ages the skin and causes premature wrinkles and lines it can also cause cancer.
Also drink at least 8 glasses of mineral water a day to flush out toxins and keep skin from creases and developing lines
have a good time, all the time
Good genes. Gin and tonic. Positive mental attitude. That's about it. (Red wine daily.)
Avoid sugary foods, and eat healthy foods and just exercise and have fun.
Fun and always laughing in the face of adversity!! I'm almost 35yrs and people don't believe I'm a day over 25yrs, I have to show them my passport to prove I'm not lying!!
Oh.. I drink at least three large glasses of water a day, which helps flush out toxins from the body and keeps skin looking good.
Do it with class...
If you smoke or drink give it up. Get at least 8 hours of sleep a day and don't stress out about things too much. (I know easier said than done sometimes!). Good diet, exercise, you know the score. Most people think I'm 10 years younger than I actually am and it's great! Oh yes a good hairdresser! I love to dye my hair and if you find the right tone to complement your skin colour then that can take years off you.
keep fit, don't smoke or drink to much, and be positive in everything you do!
drink lots of water
suicide

Help me please? best advice, +10 points?
i have a master lock that i completely forgot the combination of during the summer and didn't write down but i need it now and i was wondering if maybe there is a way to crack the combination (in other words find out the combination) thank youHelp me please? best advice, +10 points?
Technically, it's possible, but it's not very likely that you'll be able to do it. Considering the cost of hiring someone to do it, it's cheaper to cut the lock and replace it.
If it's a 3-number combination, and you have a LOT of patience, you can try going through all 1,000 combinations. But if it's a 4-number lock, then I doubt anyone has the patience for 10,000 combinations.

I'm Canadian but lived in Australia for several years. They eat hot dogs and hamburgers but not in buns. They eat them between bread. They don't often use weiners in their hotdogs, but use sausages. On hamburgs they put fried onions, cole slaw and tomato sauce (ketchup). They eat lots of pasta and potatoes. They don't eat pumpkin pie. They call squash pumpkin. Rarely do you see anyone eat pancakes. They have little pancakes called piklets you put in the toaster but I only ever saw people spread cream cheese on them. They eat a lot of asian food and risotto and lots of bbq'd meats. They have great beef and the best lamb in the world!
....and they do have Burger King (called Hungry Jack there), McDonalds (called Maccas) and KFCDo you eat these food in Australia? 10 points for the best advice. Thank you?

You need to realise that you are only 15!! i completely understand that you do love her, i fell in love at 15, i was in an abusive relationship at 16!! like it was shocking, it was the worst pain iv ever been in, someone who you thought you loved so much can just hurt you like that and not even care.. i finally realised he wasnt worth it, if they dont see what a good person you really are then what good are they? why should we have too stand by and strive for something that wont give the same amount of effort in return! i am now 18 and have been with my bf for a year! he is perfect and loves me for i am, not what i look like! thats what you need to do, you have to understand she is not worth it! and by all means that is not your fault! do not hurt yourself over this.. whats the point? why would go do something too yourself? she wont care! so what you need to do is think about the other things that make you happy like your friends, family? are they worth upsetting just because of one stupid girl..

Who do u feel more comfortable in telling your problems too?? dad or mom??? Me and my daughter have a close relationship and if she told me she felt depressed and thinks she should seek medical attention I would definetly be glad she told me and would call her Doctor and make an appointment. You shouldnt take this lightly.. It may not be serious but trust your parents they will still love u. lol. t
Do you have a close friend or a school council or teacher that you feel confortable talking to. Please talk to someone. Your parents would want to know. I know I would if you were my child.
What do you think the problem is?
If you post that, I might be able to give you better advice.
Unless your feelings are reciprocated, it is infatuation, not love. People only remain ';in love'; for a maximum of 6 months, after which they may still love each other, but the emotional state is different. ~~~~~ Firmly resolve now to stop thinking about her, and use the negative thought reprogramming technique, on page 2, and/or page 2L, in ezy build, below. Make yourself exercise, and go out, even if you don't enjoy it, at first: it will provide one way of stopping you from thinking about your present life situation. Understand that memories fade, with the passing of time, and ask yourself where you will be in 5 years time, and 10. Most people go through similar things, though not to the same extent, and it's common for many relationships to begin, and end, especially when younger. It's a good idea to only emotionally invest in a relationship, according to its length of time, and the degree of commitment from BOTH of the people involved. Express your feelings in a letter, and either post it, unaddressed, or have a ceremony, and burn it in a metal container, and flush the ashes down the toilet, symbolically severing the relationship, which has zero potential for anything , except causing you further distress. Give time a chance to heal, then open yourself to the possibility of a relationship with someone new. Visit your counselor at school. ~~~~~ There is a quiz about depression, through sections 1, and 2, at ezy build, below: print the result, and take along to your primary mental health care provider. With depression, there is a choice of possible treatment types which needs to be made, and you can decide to use either allopathy, (modern Western medicine) with its reliance on antidepressants and therapy, or alternative treatments, which I advise trying first. This is because antidepressants are known to increase the rates of suicide, homicide, and aberrent behavio(u)r, particularly with young people, and often have unwanted side effects, such as sexual dysfunction, and/or weight gain.
Tests have shown that apart from clinical (major) depression, their results were not significantly superior to those taking a placebo (inert, or ';sugar pill';). Antidepressants retain a degree of long term effectiveness for only around 30% of people. There is a saying in the mental health field: ';If the only tool you have in your kit is a hammer, you tend to treat everything as a nail';. So it goes with doctors, and their prescription pads: handy, quick, and convenient, when trying to manage their large list of patients, and often allocating only 10 minutes to each.
Most of them are only trained to provide antidepressants and referrals for therapy, with those whose depression is resistant to those treatments being advised to have ElectroConvulsive Therapy, (ECT) with its risk of permanent, partial memory loss. Therapy, while often effective at first, becomes ';same old, same old'; after a while, for many people.
I now advise people to: (1.) Take 4 Omega 3 fish oil supplements, daily, (certified free of mercury) with an antioxidant, such as an orange, or grapefruit, or their freshly squeezed juice. If vitamin E is used, it should be certified as being 100% from natural sources, or it's synthetic, avoid it. (2.) Work up slowly to 30 - 60 minutes of exercise, daily. (3.) Occupational therapy (keeping busy allows little time for unproductive introspection, and keeps mental activity out of less desirable areas of the brain). (4.) Use daily, one of the relaxation methods in sections 2, 2.c, 2.i, or 11, and/or yoga, Tai Chi, and/or the EFT, in sections 2.q, 2.o, and section 53, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris whichever works best for you. (5.) Initially, at least, some form of counselling, preferably either Cognitive Behavio(u)ral Therapy, or Rational Emotive Behavio(u)ral Therapy. (6.) As options, if desired, either a known, effective herbal remedy, such as St. John's wort, or a supplement, such as SAMe, or Inositol (from vitamin and health food stores, some supermarkets, or mail order: view section 55).
If the amount of daylight you have been exposed to recently has reduced, perhaps due to the change of seasons, see Seasonal Affective Disorder (S.A.D.) in section 2, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris and, instead of taking around 4 Omega 3 fish oil supplements, daily; replace 2 of them with cod liver oil supplements for the winter months only! (or, as probably a better alternative to the 2 cod liver oil supplements: 1 teaspoonful of cod liver oil, with a little butter, to ensure its use; I take mine on sourdough rye bread, or toast, covered with fishpaste, and pepper, to mask the strong taste). Optimal levels are 50 - 55 ng/ml (115 - 125 nmol / L). It should be above 32 ng/ml.
Don't use medications and supplements together, without medical advice, except for Omega 3, which is safe, anytime. Omega 3 fish oil supplements: EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid (omega 3) ----360 mg.DHA (docosahexaenoic acid (omega 3)-----240 mg
Take enough supplements to attain, or exceed the levels (no possibility of overdose) of those every day, with an orange, or the juice of a freshly squeezed orange, grapefruit, or other antioxidant.
(make sure the epa is higher then the dha) important for adults... kids need the opposite levels: more dha than epa, but all are beneficial, if you can't achieve the recommended proportions.
They should be certified as being free of mercury, and if containing vitamin E, it should be shown as from a natural source; otherwise it is synthetic: avoid it! Consider having your doctor test your vitamin D levels, (60% of depressed people have low vitamin D levels!) using the 25 Hydroxyvitamin D test. Those people who receive adequate exposure to sunlight, daily, won't need the vitamin D from cod liver oil, but many people, particularly those in latitudes far from the equator, find this difficult to achieve.
if u feel u cant talk to ur parents.make a appt with ur counselor at school and explain to them how u r currently feeling.from there they can give u ideas on what to do and possiable help u find a resourse outside of school.if it is too bad u may need to bring in a parent or another adult person u feel wont judge u at this time of need.

I understand what you are feeling. What I don't understand is why you are not willing to do whatever it takes. ';and dont tell me to worship god i dont worship any false things like him'; I'm not saying you should worship that which you don't believe. I am saying that as long as you are setting conditions, you will not accept real help.

I understand what you are feeling. What I don't understand is why you are not willing to do whatever it takes. ';and dont tell me to worship god i dont worship any false things like him'; I'm not saying you should worship that which you don't believe. I am saying that as long as you are setting conditions, you will not accept real help.
